Facilities Manager

About the role

As the Facilities Manager at Devoteam, you will ensure a safe, efficient, and sustainable workplace for our multidisciplinary teams across EMEA. You will lead facilities operations, travel coordination, and administrative support while driving cost‑saving initiatives and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CFO in shaping operational strategy, budgets, and investments.
• Define, monitor, and report on facilities KPIs.
• Oversee building maintenance, preventative programs, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance.
• Develop and control the facilities maintenance budget, identifying savings.
• Assist with space planning, office moves, and inventory of furniture/equipment.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
• Supervise and train facilities staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Analyze and optimise travel policies, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure compliance.
• Ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance for facilities management and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilities management, including building maintenance, health & safety, and vendor management.
• Experience with budget management, contract negotiation, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
