Extracurricular Internship: Learning & Project Support

About the role

Join Bosch’s Aveiro site for a 12‑month extracurricular internship supporting learning initiatives and project coordination. You will help create and maintain digital learning content, organise knowledge assets and assist the team in delivering smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain digital content for learning and knowledge‑sharing programmes.
• Organise and keep documents, databases and information consistently structured.
• Assist project coordination by tracking tasks, deadlines and progress.
• Provide support for digital collaboration, communication and project‑management tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and offer administrative assistance to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development, organisational learning and knowledge‑management topics.
• Familiarity with digital and AI tools for content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well‑organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work proactively in a team.
