About the role

Join Bosch's Home Comfort division in Aveiro as an Extracurricular Intern focusing on embedded software for room control solutions. You will work on designing, developing, and testing high‑quality software that powers heating and comfort devices for residential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software components using C/C++.
• Support integration and testing activities to ensure product quality and performance.
• Identify, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with an international, cross‑functional team of software engineers, hardware engineers, and product managers.

Required profile

• Enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related study program.
• Strong programming skills in C and C++.
• Basic knowledge of hardware interfaces and communication protocols.
• Fluent in English with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
