Experience Designer (UX/UI) – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to envision and shape innovative digital touchpoints, turning ideas into first‑class experiences for our clients. The role bridges business goals, user needs and technical implementation, working closely with CX strategists, designers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop unique digital user interfaces and applications for reputable clients.
• Translate visions into working design concepts and implement them independently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including software developers, consultants and researchers—to solve complex problems.
• Monitor projects from ideation through implementation and present concepts to colleagues and clients.
• Brainstorm, sketch, and create low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes with other UX/UI designers.
• Design accessible, intuitive, and pixel‑perfect digital experiences, including responsive layouts, motion and animation.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

Required profile

• Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, HCI, Computer Science or a comparable field.
• 1‑3 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking with a solid grasp of core UX principles (usability, accessibility, IA, inclusive design).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
• Passion for staying up‑to‑date with UX/UI trends and ability to leverage AI tools in design workflows.
