About the role

VirtuPartner is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO. The role is fully remote, operates on CET business hours, and focuses on keeping daily operations smooth for a fast‑paced entrepreneur.

Key responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive logistics.
Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Organize files, maintain Notion systems, and update SOPs.
Arrange travel plans and handle ad‑hoc operational tasks.
Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Required profile

Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Availability to work CET hours.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in Operations.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Nice to have startup or agency background, German or Russian language skills.

Required skills

Google Workspace (especially Sheets).
Notion.
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
Zapier, automation platforms, or GoHighLevel (GHL).
