EPC Regional Controller

About the role

The EPC Regional Controller will support Renvolt’s transition to a standalone entity by delivering high‑quality financial reporting, analysis and business partnering across the region. The role focuses on data quality, process automation and the digitalisation of controlling activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting processes, standardising and automating financial‑controlling procedures.
• Review commercial proposals, set up new contracts, and coordinate tax, cash‑flow and revenue‑recognition analyses.
• Perform forward‑looking P&L and cash‑flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business‑plan management.
• Ensure governance, internal controls and risk mitigation in collaboration with Internal Control.
• Monitor headcount efficiency, labour‑rate calculations and indirect‑cost allocation.
• Validate project cost‑to‑completion, contract margins, cash‑flow and IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Produce top‑management and business‑line reporting, support group consolidation and audit inquiries.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing profitability studies.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Controlling and FP&A.
• Background in EPC, O&M, renewable energy or infrastructure services.
• Proven track record of finance digitalisation projects.

Required skills

• Experience with BI/reporting tools for financial analytics.
