Enterprise Analytics Analyst

About the role

The Enterprise Analytics Analyst will be a core member of the analytics team, supporting data‑driven decision making across the organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to gather, analyze, and visualize data that informs strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business leaders.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Document analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests with timely insights.
• Implement data quality checks and validation procedures.
• Work directly with business partners to deliver analytics solutions that solve problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
