English Technical Support Agent (Porto)

About the role

ManpowerGroup is seeking an English‑speaking Technical Support Agent to join its call‑center team serving customers in Porto. The role starts with remote training and later moves to an onsite location in Matosinhos, near the Matosinhos Sul metro station.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance to English‑speaking customers via phone, chat or email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s ticketing system.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Maintain service quality while working rotating shifts and days off.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Previous experience in a similar technical support or call‑center role is preferred.
• Strong communication and argumentation abilities.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to work flexible schedules.

Required skills

• Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate common operating systems.
