About the role

Join an international team as an English‑Speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative, connecting with potential clients and driving growth for a leading global online community platform. You will engage business prospects through outbound calls, guide them through the sign‑up process and help them start using the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs using consultative questioning.
• Engage decision‑makers and present relevant digital solutions.
• Guide prospects through the sign‑up process.
• Manage leads and opportunities through a CRM.
• Maintain an accurate, organized sales pipeline.
• Handle objections and support prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Apply digital marketing knowledge to understand client objectives.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Build professional relationships with prospective clients.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 level English proficiency.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication, pitching and objection‑handling skills.
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.

• Holiday allowance €83.33 gross/month.
• Christmas allowance €83.33 gross/month.
• Meal allowance €154 gross/month.
• Total fixed gross monthly compensation €1,320.67.
• Performance‑based variable bonus up to €200.
