EMEA Supply Chain Planner – Medical Repair Service

About the role

As an EMEA Supply Chain Planner for our Medical Repair Service, you will ensure the reliable supply of spare parts and consumables to one of our repair centres across the EMEA region. You will use SAP tools and analytical methods to keep inventories optimal, minimise ageing stock and support continuous improvement of the planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Plan material inventories, batch sizes and shelf‑life of consumables for the repair centre.
• Use and continuously optimise SAP R/3/SCM parameters (APO, PP, MM, SD, WM) to guarantee spare‑part availability.
• Monitor supply‑chain KPIs, analyse deviations and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and optimise demand‑ and procurement‑planning processes in close collaboration with EMEA SCM teams.
• Lead or support local/regional projects such as ERP improvements, inventory‑health initiatives, planning‑excellence and LEAN activities.

Required profile

• Completed degree or equivalent education relevant to supply‑chain planning.
• Initial professional experience in supply chain, procurement or production within an international corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and high motivation for continuous process improvement.
• Very good English skills; basic German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, organise tasks and coordinate effectively with a team.

Required skills

• SAP R/3 with modules APO, PP, MM, SD, WM.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and general Office suite proficiency.
