Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist Graduate

About the role

Join Boston Scientific’s Rhythm Management division as an Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist Graduate. You will work daily in hospital cath labs and operating rooms, supporting healthcare professionals during procedures and training them on Boston Scientific products. The position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract based in Lisbon, with the possibility of permanent employment after the contract.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical support to customers during cases performed with Boston Scientific products and services.
• Educate customers on optimal use of products and services.
• Engage clinicians from both clinical and technical perspectives, building long‑term relationships.
• Deliver continuous education to hospital staff.
• Collaborate with account managers and the commercial team to execute the sales strategy for the territory.
• Identify growth opportunities through clinical value selling and market insight.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor products and advise customers accordingly.
• Contribute to account planning and field‑team activities.

Required profile

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate (2025/2026) in a biotechnical, biomedical, scientific field or nursing with a focus on heart/cardiology.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (B2/C1 level).
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across Portugal and be away up to a week at a time.
• Analytical, proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility regarding changing daily work schedules.
