Electrical Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to lead electrical installation activities on customer sites. You will ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards while delivering on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).
• Monitor progress, report unforeseen situations, and document electrical issues during installation.
• Verify completion and timely submission of all required electrical testing.
• Manage budgets and deadlines, highlighting risks or additional work needed.
• Review mechanical drawings with on‑site modifications and coordinate with the design team.
• Support the Site Manager and H&S Advisor to maintain a zero‑accident work environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by reassessing processes and working methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industry, logistics, or construction.
• Engineering degree or high school diploma with a professional qualification in mechanics or electromechanics.
• Formal health & safety qualification is a plus.
• Workplace first‑aid training and a valid driving licence.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
