Electrical Industrialization Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Industrialization Engineer to support the design, implementation and scaling of electrical systems for advanced machinery. You will work in an international environment alongside engineers and technicians, contributing to high‑tech projects that may involve travel abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Support industrialization and implementation of electrical systems and machine infrastructure.
• Design and assemble electrical cabinets, wiring harnesses, power distribution systems and electrical layouts.
• Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and production teams to ensure successful product rollout.
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials, manage engineering change notices (ECN/FCO) and oversee change‑control activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing and industrialization processes.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with electrical layouts, cabinets, wiring harnesses, power distribution or machine electrical infrastructure.
• Background in manufacturing, industrialization, production or process engineering environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
