About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities for H&H Solar by prospecting, presenting solutions and guiding customers through the entire sales process. The role focuses on generating revenue, maintaining professional client relationships, and representing the brand according to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, referrals and lead follow‑up.
• Conduct in‑person or virtual sales presentations and explain products, financing options and incentives.
• Prepare commercial proposals and maintain continuous communication with prospects.
• Achieve sales targets and productivity goals set by the company.
• Document client and sales information accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide professional customer service, handling inquiries and issues promptly.
• Represent H&H Solar’s brand values and adhere to internal policies and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and keep calendars and appointments organized.

Required profile

• Minimum high‑school completion; university studies in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or commercial development, preferably consultative or high‑volume sales.
• Experience in the solar, energy or construction sectors is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, result‑oriented mindset, and capacity to build professional relationships.
• Effective use of technology and CRM platforms, teamwork skills and good time‑management.
