Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for Dutch‑language customers, delivering fast, friendly and effective support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers via phone, email and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer needs accurately.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Identify and present upselling or cross‑selling opportunities tailored to each customer.
• Participate in team projects aimed at raising service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while staying positive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills
