Dutch Content Moderator – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Content Moderator to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon. You will ensure that user‑generated content on e‑commerce platforms complies with internal policies, legal standards and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate uploaded content against established service level agreements and quality benchmarks.
• Verify that all material adheres to platform policies, legal requirements and safety protocols.
• Adapt quickly to policy updates and schedule changes while following standard operating procedures.
• Identify and escalate any issues through the proper internal channels.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong judgment, clear communication and solid understanding of e‑commerce platforms.
• Ability to handle high workloads, especially during peak promotional periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights.
