Drafting Coordinator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Drafting Coordinator to support engineering and project documentation activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves maintaining engineering drawings, coordinating revisions, and ensuring compliance with site and project procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, edit, revise, and archive engineering drawings and related documentation according to site procedures.
• Coordinate drawing revision and approval processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, construction, project teams, and site personnel.
• Manage project reporting, documentation, and coordination using document management systems.
• Support document control activities for engineering drawings and project records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Experience in drafting, CAD documentation, engineering drawing revision, and document control.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD documentation tools.
• Knowledge of drawing management and revision control systems (e.g., Meridian GECMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using document/records management systems.
