Documentary Editor / Storytelling Editor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Documentary / Storytelling Editor to join our post‑production team on an ongoing series that showcases large‑scale real‑estate, construction and lifestyle projects in Dubai. The role is fully remote and focuses on long‑form YouTube documentary editing, requiring a strong sense of narrative structure and pacing.

Key responsibilities

• Edit documentary episodes covering construction, architecture, behind‑the‑scenes, lifestyle and business narratives.
• Shape raw observational footage into compelling three‑act stories, integrating interviews, voice‑overs and B‑roll.
• Manage proxy workflows and collaborate remotely with directors, producers and sound designers.
• Deliver high‑quality 4K long‑form edits on schedule.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian (spoken and understood) and proficient in English.
• Proven experience in long‑form documentary editing and narrative storytelling.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle episodic workflows.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with proxy workflow and remote collaboration.
