About the role

As a District Sales Leader you will guide a team of store managers across multiple locations, ensuring consistent brand standards and exceptional customer experiences. You will be the frontline field leader, driving sales growth and fostering a supportive environment for associates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple store managers and their teams.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and monitor results.
• Conduct regular store visits to analyze business performance, safety, and brand compliance.
• Use company reporting to identify opportunities and create action plans for improvement.
• Promote a welcoming culture, deliver effective coaching, and manage performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support district initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple high‑performance retail teams.
• Ability to manage a geographically dispersed multi‑unit district.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Track record of achieving business results and driving sales.
