Dish Steward

About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic, service‑oriented Dish Steward to join its restaurant team. The role focuses on maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware are properly cleaned, sanitized and ready for service. You will work closely with kitchen staff to support smooth restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintains the dishroom and dish machine, including restocking supplies.
• Removes garbage and keeps storage areas organized.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of each shift.
• Assists with cleaning other restaurant areas as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar dish‑washing role required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player attitude.
