Discovery Sales Representative – Rio Mar

About the role

The Discovery Sales Representative promotes Travel + Leisure’s trial membership program at the Margaritaville Rio Mar resort. You will introduce guests to the Discovery experience, helping them explore Club Wyndham and Margaritaville offerings first‑hand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a digital survey of guests’ experiences and present the Discovery program professionally.
• Answer guest questions accurately and in line with sales quotas.
• Prepare a digital worksheet with all required information when a guest purchases.
• Handle post‑sale client inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Proven sales experience.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations using technology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays.
