Director, Product Management - Marketing Services

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an experienced product leader to drive its Cardholder Engagement suite, focusing on personalization and marketing automation. The role sits at the intersection of services and technology, delivering measurable acquisition and spend impact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Cardholder Engagement suite, ensuring continuity, scalability and measurable value.
• Define and evolve a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and client needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Dynamic Yield product team, shaping a prioritized capability backlog.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, marketing operations and technology teams to turn visionary ideas into executable solutions.
• Leverage customer data, analytics and experimentation frameworks to inform product decisions and ensure solutions are built for measurement and optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Product Management, Digital Solutions or Marketing Technology, preferably in B2B, B2B2C or enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into execution‑ready product roadmaps and to influence platform roadmaps without direct authority.
• Comfort operating across strategy, creative, data and technology domains and aligning senior stakeholders around a shared vision.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with personalization, experimentation or decisioning platforms (Dynamic Yield or similar).
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and cross‑functional collaboration.
