Director of Product Management

About the role

Usercentrics is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead one of its core product pillars. This hybrid role (2‑3 days onsite) combines strategic ownership with hands‑on team leadership, driving AI‑native product development and aligning outcomes with company‑wide goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for the assigned pillar, adjusting roadmap and processes proactively.
• Set clear focus areas, articulate investment rationale, and communicate expected outcomes.
• Contribute to pillar‑level strategy and ensure alignment with senior management priorities.
• Identify new investment opportunities that advance the product vision and build business cases.
• Drive product execution by establishing high standards for specifications, delivery, and quality.
• Make trade‑off decisions to maximize pillar value and maintain best‑practice processes.
• Anticipate resourcing, skill, and tooling needs, acting before gaps become blockers.
• Align market insight across teams, grounding strategy in customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunity.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to synchronize technical and product strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior product leadership experience, preferably at director or head level.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a track record of developing product talent.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Comfort with AI‑native ways of working and ability to embed AI tools into product processes.
