Digital Training Instructor – Microsoft 365 & Copilot

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Training Instructor to deliver engaging learning programmes on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI. The role helps individuals and teams adopt digital tools through practical, hands‑on sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions using the company’s learning materials, both in‑person and via Microsoft Teams.
• Adapt course content to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced learners.
• Monitor participant progress and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical and pedagogical support during workshops.
• Complete all training‑related administrative tasks and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training to adult learners.
• CCP (Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas) certification.
• Strong communication and instructional abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Preferably based in the northern region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI‑assisted tools.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Ability to deliver training via Microsoft Teams and face‑to‑face settings.
