Digital Sales Representative – French Speaker (Oeiras)

About the role

As a Digital Sales Representative you will manage an existing portfolio of French‑, Belgian‑ or Spanish‑speaking customers, using digital channels and remote sales techniques to grow Annual Recurring Revenue. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring satisfaction while identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up with French, Belgian or Spanish clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals in French, English or Spanish.
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling initiatives within managed accounts.
• Keep the CRM (Salesforce) and related tools up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with marketing, helpdesk and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and strong intermediate/advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken); English and Spanish are a plus.
• Result‑oriented, resilient under pressure, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
