Digital Sales Representative – French Speaker

About the role

Generix Group is looking for a Digital Sales Representative who will manage and grow its French‑speaking customer base across France, Belgium and Spain. Using digital channels and remote sales techniques, you will focus on cross‑selling and upselling to increase Annual Recurring Revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up with French, Belgian and Spanish clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare commercial proposals in Word (French, English or Spanish).
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within managed accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, help‑desk and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken); English and Spanish are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
