Digital Sales Representative – French & Portuguese Speaker (Oeiras)

About the role

As a Digital Sales Representative you will manage an existing portfolio of French, Belgian and Spanish customers, using digital channels and remote sales techniques to drive cross‑selling and upselling. Your main objective is to increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of the accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up of French, Belgian and Spanish clients to guarantee satisfaction.
• Prepare commercial proposals in Word (French, English or Spanish).
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within managed accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, help‑desk and finance teams to support customers.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Fluency in French and Portuguese (written and spoken); English and Spanish are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage stress and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
