Digital Sales Representative – French & Portuguese Speaker

About the role

Generix Group is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to manage and grow its existing customer base in France, Belgium and Spain. Working primarily through digital channels, you will use remote sales techniques to increase Annual Recurring Revenue by cross‑selling and upselling SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up with French, Belgian and Spanish clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare commercial proposals in Word (French, English or Spanish).
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within managed accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, help‑desk and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Fluent in French and Portuguese (written and spoken); English required, Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
