Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Cascais School of Arts & Design is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise its online presence. Based on‑site in Cascais, you will create and manage campaigns that promote the school’s programmes, events and brand to prospective students and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and the website.
• Manage the school’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Coordinate website and email copy, visuals and video assets.
• Monitor web analytics, track key performance indicators and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging and highlight student work and partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Interest in arts, design and education, with experience in an academic or cultural setting considered an asset.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic creative environment.
