Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Kraymer Art is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across its digital channels. You will work directly with the founder and product team to align campaigns with launches, drive revenue, and expand the brand’s presence in the anime‑focused e‑commerce space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end Meta (Facebook) Ads campaigns, including account structure, creative testing, scaling, and daily optimisation.
• Expand paid media efforts to Google Ads, organic social, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyse performance data daily, reallocating spend and creative based on results.
• Write, script, and produce ad creative from concept to final asset.
• Review and approve creative from designers to ensure on‑brand quality and performance potential.
• Align marketing initiatives with product launches and seasonal drops.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience shifts on Instagram and short‑form platforms.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing live Meta Ads budgets with direct performance accountability.
• Portfolio of graphic and video ads you have created yourself.
• Experience running paid marketing for a Shopify e‑commerce brand.
• Strong knowledge of current anime titles, fandom culture, and audience preferences.
• Frequent, current use of Instagram and short‑form video platforms.
• Written and spoken English at C2 level (hard requirement).

What we offer
