About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing CRM Manager to lead our client’s CRM initiatives. The role focuses on designing and executing strategies that boost customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value across a fast‑paced, innovative web‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver CRM strategies that drive customer retention and loyalty.
• Manage and optimise the EMARSYS CRM platform to ensure seamless data capture throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Map customer journeys, analyse touch‑points, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure effective CRM integration across the organisation.
• Oversee direct communications with customers via the CRM system.
• Monitor and enhance customer lifetime value strategies for maximum profitability.
• Segment the database for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to continuously improve CRM performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in direct and digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, re‑engagement, and retention.
• Degree in IT, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communicator capable of fostering collaboration across teams.
• Hands‑on expertise with Emarsys SaaS or an equivalent CRM solution.
