Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the Digital Marketing Solutions team by creating, maintaining and updating website and intranet content, and by automating data reporting. Working closely with marketing, sales and IT stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into functional digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and maintain website and SharePoint intranet pages using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Manage content and design through CMS platforms and back‑office tools, handling bug reports and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with digital marketing technologists, product managers and IT teams to align website projects with business strategy.
• Lead new website initiatives, coordinate technical road‑maps and ensure delivery within sprint cycles.
• Develop and automate Power BI and Tableau dashboards to visualise campaign performance, mailing surveys and other marketing metrics.
• Gather data requirements from stakeholders, process data and deliver actionable visual tools.

Required profile

• Academic background in marketing, communications, information systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising between business and IT teams.
