Digital Commerce Manager

About the role

As a Digital Commerce Manager you will join Metyis' Digital Commerce team in Porto, working closely with a U.S.-based client to drive the growth of their Amazon business and shape the Data & Analytics roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations and long‑term partnership development for the client’s Amazon platform.
• Coordinate Amazon‑focused workstreams, including performance monitoring, assortment and content optimisation, promotional planning and supply‑chain collaboration.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans that deliver measurable sales and operational improvements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and day‑to‑day client engagement across multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and execution of data‑driven analytics initiatives that enhance decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of consulting experience in digital commerce or e‑commerce.
• Deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, vendor and seller operations, and commercial levers.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering data‑focused insights.
