DevOps Engineer – Mid-level (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to join KCS IT’s Lisbon team. Working in a hybrid model, you will support multiple client projects, ensuring reliable, automated delivery pipelines and robust cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Administer Linux servers and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Provision cloud resources on Azure, AWS or GCP using Terraform, ARM or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance and logs with Prometheus, Grafana and the ELK stack.
• Apply networking and security best practices across environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Resident in Portugal and able to work on‑site in Lisbon.
