DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure & Deployment)

About the role

Intermedia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own the full lifecycle of infrastructure deployment and ensure the reliability of production environments. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting, contributing to cloud communications and collaboration technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision, configure, release and operate infrastructure using Terraform.
• Automate configuration and application setup with Ansible, handling secure secrets.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, including validation, linting and approvals.
• Administer Linux systems (systemd, networking, storage, performance tuning) and Windows Server environments, including HA clusters.
• Operate, tune and ensure high availability for Redis, RabbitMQ and Nginx.
• Implement monitoring and alerting with VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, creating exporters, rules and dashboards.
• Drive reliability through incident response, root‑cause analysis, post‑mortems and preventive actions.
• Standardize environments across dev, test and prod, producing documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on release planning, change management and security.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and managing infrastructure as code.
• Strong background in Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot high‑availability services such as Redis, RabbitMQ and Nginx.
• Experience building monitoring solutions with Prometheus‑compatible tools.
