DevOps Engineer (French Speaker) – Hybrid in Porto

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a DevOps Engineer (French Speaker) to join its BPCE SI (Solutions Informatiques) team, working in a hybrid model at the Porto office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on Jenkins.
• Architect, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for high availability, security and cost efficiency.
• Deploy and manage microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog).
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline releases and foster DevOps culture.
• Participate in technical discussions and document systems in both French and English.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE or SysOps.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English (B2 level).
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Strong experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Go.
