DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Porto team and help shape the future of capital markets. You will design, build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our software development lifecycle, ensuring reliability, security and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement systems that optimise software development and production infrastructure.
• Design secure automation solutions for development, testing and production environments.
• Manage CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) to accelerate delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across dev, test and production.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows.
• Monitor performance and capacity of environments and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Cloud & DevOps engineer, preferably with AWS.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
