DevOps Engineer – Automotive Solutions

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer you will design and drive modern cloud‑based vehicle diagnostic solutions that impact customers worldwide. You will work with an international, agile team to accelerate the digital transformation of the automotive aftermarket and build scalable, future‑ready platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate modern IT architectures for vehicle diagnostic applications.
• Contribute ideas to the global development of automated and scalable operation of automotive applications and infrastructure.
• Expand and optimise the DevOps toolchain using Infrastructure as Code and state‑of‑the‑art technologies.
• Collaborate closely with development teams in Portugal, the USA, Vietnam and India.
• Share expertise and actively shape technical decisions.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field.
• Experience developing and operating cloud‑based software solutions.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Structured, solution‑oriented approach and strong collaboration skills in an international, agile environment.

• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Container technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Linux systems.
• Databases and application performance monitoring (APM).
• Version control with Git.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
