Deputy Service Office Manager – Holiday Rentals

About the role

The Deputy Service Office Manager will support the day‑to‑day operations of our holiday‑rental service office in Albufeira. Working on‑site, you will help maintain high service standards for both property owners and guests while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and administrative performance of the office.
• Supervise and coordinate teams handling owner relations, guest services and daily operations.
• Monitor workflows, processes and quality standards, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure revenue, occupancy and service quality targets are met.
• Expand the property portfolio and supervise product and service quality.
• Coordinate external partners such as cleaning, maintenance and technical services.
• Handle incidents, complaints and claims professionally.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, customer‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• Expert‑level leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Experience in a customer‑focused, operational or hospitality environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages a plus.
• Availability to work on‑site in Albufeira, including shifts and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
