Department Manager – Retail

About the role

Join Nike as a Department Manager and lead a high‑energy retail team in Barceloneta. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers to the right products while fostering a fun, inclusive store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, assess, onboard, and develop store teammates.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, planning, and critical performance metrics.
• Oversee product lifecycle from stockroom to visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Ensure a safe, engaging workplace and uphold Nike’s Service Principles.

Required profile

• At least three years of customer‑facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience with a proven ability to build high‑performing teams.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays as needed.
