Department Controller & Assistant – Finance & Operations

About the role

Join Bosch's Finance team in Braga as a Department Controller & Assistant. You will support financial reporting, budgeting, and operational processes while ensuring transparency and accuracy across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Monthly Cost Reports (MCR) to monitor budget deviations.
• Support the annual Business Plan and Current Forecast processes, including CapEx tracking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end purchase requisition process and coordinate departmental purchases.
• Keep HR headcount data current and assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Organise business travel, expense reporting via b‑travel, and departmental logistics.
• Coordinate visitor management and internal events.

Required profile

• University degree or commercial training focused on Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or a related field.
• Highly proactive with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and structured work approach.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
