About the role
Join Philips as a Demand Planner Intern, supporting the planning and scheduling of field resources for medical service operations. You will work on exception management, resource allocation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Handle exception management and balance conflicting business obligations, resource availability and customer demand.
- Support scheduling of field resources, manage service orders, and plan maintenance activities, new installations and incident resolutions.
- Check and order parts required for planned onsite work.
- Learn to use internal systems and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Proactive, communicative, optimistic team player with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Fluent in Portuguese with a good level of English; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work with the MS Office suite and strong Excel skills.
