Delivery Courier (Driver)

About the role

The Driver is responsible for delivering nuclear pharmacy products to hospitals, physician offices, and other medical facilities throughout the San Juan area. This position ensures timely, safe, and compliant deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nuclear pharmacy products on predetermined routes, following schedules and quality standards.
• Unload products according to client specifications and handle returns, including disposal of radioactive materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery and return paperwork.
• Keep delivery vehicles and facility clean and perform routine safety and pre‑trip inspections.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues and comply with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Obtain and maintain required DOT training and certification.
• Assist with inventory tracking, stocking supplies, and notifying the Pharmacy Manager of low stock.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid PR driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to plan routes efficiently and drive safely in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on‑call as needed.
• Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication, and customer‑service abilities.
• Prior driving, delivery, or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Successful completion of background check, reference review, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment.
