Data Mining Analyst – Process Mining & Analytics

About the role

As a Data Mining Analyst within our global Business Services team, you will support the Group Transformation team by exploring, analyzing, and modeling complex data to identify simplification levers, map end‑to‑end processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational excellence across our global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and structure large volumes of data from heterogeneous Group sources.
• Perform Process Mining analyses to map, audit, and optimise end‑to‑end processes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and organisational silos through data.
• Develop analytical, descriptive, and predictive models to support strategic transformation decisions.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and business teams to translate data insights into concrete action plans.
• Design and automate dashboards to track the impact of transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s or Engineering degree in Data Science, Big Data, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Miner, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist, preferably in a corporate transformation or process‑management consulting context.
• Fluent in English (essential for the international business environment).

Required skills

• Strong command of data mining, data processing, and statistical modelling techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with Process Mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio.
• Experience with data‑visualisation platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
