Data Engineer – BI & Risk Analytics

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Data Engineer specialized in Business Intelligence and Risk Analytics to join a large‑scale international banking environment. You will help design, build, and optimise data pipelines that feed critical risk reporting and analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑performance ETL/ELT pipelines for data warehouse ingestion.
• Build and maintain automated data workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and release processes across environments.
• Develop and optimise data models and schemas aligned with BI best practices and business requirements.
• Support end‑users in using BI and data‑science tools such as Dataiku, promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Risk, Finance, IT) to deliver scalable and reliable analytics solutions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT processes and large‑scale datasets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and comfortable working with data modelling and warehousing concepts.
• Proficient in Python and/or PySpark for data processing and automation.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools such as JIRA.
