Data Analyst – IT Governance & Controls (French Speaker)

About the role

The CIO Office at Natixis in Portugal is looking for a Data Analyst who will support IT governance, controls and reporting. The role focuses on transforming raw data from multiple internal sources into reliable insights that drive informed decision‑making for IT management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from IT activity tracking systems, TEMPO, financial and operational datasets.
• Clean, prepare and validate datasets, identifying missing values, inconsistencies and quality issues.
• Analyse data to detect trends, patterns, risks and anomalies relevant to IT activity and controls.
• Maintain the accuracy and reliability of governance and control indicators.
• Supervise the usage of TEMPO and the CPN1 control mechanisms.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for senior IT management and strategic steering.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in data validation, cleaning and analysis within an IT governance context.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the CIO Office and CIB Business Management IT & Operations unit.
