Danish & English-speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent who can communicate fluently in both Danish and English. This fully remote position is based in Portugal and offers the opportunity to assist an international customer base while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional support to customers in Danish and English via phone, email, or chat.
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through solutions.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases while adhering to response time targets.

Required profile

• Current residence in Portugal.
• Fluent or native‑level proficiency in Danish.
• Fluent or native‑level proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
