Cybersecurity Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead high‑visibility security initiatives across industrial and construction‑materials environments. You will coordinate deployments, engage multi‑country stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered with structure, speed, and ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects from scoping through delivery, defining objectives, planning, risk assessment and follow‑up.
• Coordinate OT‑focused security deployments across industrial sites and international stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, OT, IT, business, procurement, legal, vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and lead project committees, steering‑committee materials, progress updates and executive‑level reporting.
• Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, budgets, KPIs and action plans.
• Support remediation initiatives after audits, assessments or security reviews.
• Manage RFI/RFP processes for cybersecurity solutions when required.
• Integrate security requirements into IT and OT initiatives and translate technical topics for non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, OT or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple technical, operational and business stakeholders.
• Strong autonomy, proactivity and ownership in complex delivery contexts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging senior, technical and operational stakeholders.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving cybersecurity and industrial environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

What we offer

• Base salary range €16 000 – €24 000 gross per year.
• Total compensation up to €32 000 per year.
