Cybersecurity Project Manager

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of security initiatives for its clients. The role combines deep technical knowledge in cybersecurity with proven project‑management expertise to ensure projects meet quality, timeline and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver secure solutions.
• Apply project‑management methodologies and ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional cybersecurity engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Desirable: PMP, Prince2, CISSP or CISA certifications.
• Desirable: Knowledge of BNP Paribas MyWay methodology, NIST SP800‑x frameworks and related technologies.
