Cybersecurity Project Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

Inetum is seeking a bilingual Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead a portfolio of security initiatives across its European client base. You will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development teams to deliver projects that meet both technical and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align with design, implementation, and business requirements.
• Own end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Monitor progress using KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration and best‑practice adoption across cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering or related roles).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and results‑driven mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French (C1 level).
